Day 1

Went for a walk for 20 min, considering I only slept 4 hours with constant waking up (didn’t feel safe – don’t feel safe in Maylands sometimes, should’ve probably closed window and the door), will be tired in the afternoon and the eyes might look like a zombie…..ahahhahah

Starting tomorrow. My poor poor head that wants to sleep in mornings, but its owner wont let it happen. doh. It’s a 56 days challenge to get fit and healthy.
 This week should have exercises three days a week, likely to do running in the morning, some resistance exercises after work.
