Seriously, how hard would that be not having a chocolate and just leave a little bit of space in the belly…

Well, after 9 months of giving birth to my baby son, I’m still struggling with the weight, loss of it to be precise. ggrrr.

New strategy from today: make cup of GREEN (Jasmine) tea whenever I feel like having sweets (chocolate most of the time).

So, week 1 was the last week in December 2010 .. well, not particularly pleasant but that kept me from over eating. Since then, lost 4 kg, became less vigilant and voila, gained 2 kg back..grr..

Statistics:

29.12.2010 – 68 kg

20.02.2011 – 65.5 kg

8 months 4 weeks till the big day.

Target: 52 kg, that is including muscles.

Today: BBQ, 1 glass of wine, some water

Exercise: none
