Friend’s husband just passed away. The girl is same age as me with two small boys. How did I feel it happend when it did.
Day 1
Went for a walk for 20 min, considering I only slept 4 hours with constant waking up (didn’t feel safe – don’t feel safe in Maylands sometimes, should’ve probably closed window and the door), will be tired in the afternoon and the eyes might look like a zombie…..ahahhahah

Challenge – Day “0″
Starting tomorrow. My poor poor head that wants to sleep in mornings, but its owner wont let it happen. doh. It’s a 56 days challenge to get fit and healthy.
This week should have exercises three days a week, likely to do running in the morning, some resistance exercises after work.

Uni in Russia failed my little sis’s second exam yesterday… do they expect a bribe? The girl was hysterical, but was it a good sign that she failed … Yesterday was an Orthodox Christening, when the cold is at its most. Christening in Russian also means ‘fighting a first battle’ and it’s ok to loose. [...]
